Task 1:
1. Pupils with different faces, different appearances, different personalities, disciplined, undisciplined, well behaved, less well behaved, shy, self-confident, hyperactive children, students with difficulty in concentrating, with learning difficulties.
2. The 6th form is a multi-level class which takes a great deal of time and energy. I have benefited from working with these pupils because I have developed my interpersonal skills. I have learnt to budget time better and more carefully, to be more patient, and more self-controlled.
3. There are many ways to deal with the challenges of large classes. Some of the principles are: variety, collaboration, individualization, setting up routines among others. As teachers of large classes, whenever students loses interest, the problems began. Generally they cause trouble or just distraction for themselves and the rest.
